The Highlands Sports Spooktacular is October 22nd from 5:00-8:00PM at the Highlands Sports Complex! 🎃 All proceeds benefit the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley! Enjoy trick or treating, delicious food, music, and a costume contest!
