Agencies funded by the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley meet critical needs of some of the most vulnerable groups in our community. Our 25 agencies go through a yearly review and allocations process which reviews financials, programs, and statistics to ensure they are meeting the qualifications to be a partner agency.
