June 14-15, 2025 Flood InformationÂ
- Shelter is at Salvation Army WheelingÂ
- 140 16th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003Â
- 304-233-4400Â
They also have showers and laundry facilities available. Encourage callers to go to shelter rather than a hotel/motel if they know they will be long term. Our funding will be better utilized to help get rentals for those families that will have to wait for FEMA assistance, which could take months. No place will be able to sustain motel/hotel for that amount of time. I am gathering a list of possible rentals. Â
