This classic United Way Upper Ohio Valley Event is back for another year!
The United Way Upper of the Upper Ohio Valley’s Board of Directors is excited to host their annual Reverse Raffle fundraiser on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Wheeling Island Hotel Casino Racetrack. This annual fundraiser brings together the community for a night of food, entertainment, and a chance to win $5,000 and other cash prizes!
What to Expect:
Casino-Style Games — Friendly competition using no-value chips for a grand prize
Food & Drinks — Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner, beer/wine/cocktails, soda, tea, and water
$5,000 Reverse Raffle Drawing — You don’t need to attend to win! Reverse Raffle tickets sold separately from dinner/event tickets
Basket Auction — Buy tickets and drop them in your favorite baskets for chances to win
Networking — Mingle with local leaders, business owners, and changemakers
Ticket Options:
General Admission Ticket: $50 — Includes event entry, buffet, and first five game chips free
Reverse Raffle Chance: $50 — per chance to win up to $5,000 (attendance not required to win)

Tailgate Casual / Football-Inspired Attire
Football season is back! Team jerseys, polos, or your favorite fan gear is encouraged!
