FREE PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNT CARD

The Familywize Program helps individuals and families receive their needed prescription drugs at a discounted price. Through the United Way, an individual can receive a Familywize Discount Card.

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS CARD.

The person can then present the card to their local pharmacist, who will provide them with a discounted price on their needed prescription drugs. Most pharmacies accept the Familywize Card.
